You'll visit tropical open-air markets in Puerto Rico, old world butchers in Little Italy, and a grandmother in Athens, Georgia who shares her collard green secrets.
We’ll be cooking all the well-loved classics: French, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Italian and even some Jewish delicacies. This is a show about the great dishes of the world - the people’s food, made and shared with love.
